Stacey Harding is the visionary Founder and President of Hourglass Consulting Group.

With an illustrious career spanning 38 years as a dedicated executive sales leader, mentor, and coach in the mortgage industry, Stacey made the deliberate choice to retire from that domain and created HCG. His profound passion and lifelong commitment revolve around guiding individuals and business leaders on a journey from mere success to enduring significance in both their personal lives and their influence within the business realm.
Stacey firmly believes that every person and organization possesses a unique purpose with the potential to transcend success and attain enduring significance. This significance, he asserts, not only enriches their own lives but also ripples through the sands of time, leaving a positive and lasting impact on the world. For Stacey, legacy is the fruit of pursing significance beyond success, recognizing that while success may not always lead to significance, the pursuit of significance unfailingly produces success.
